16 Days Campaign against VAW, 2011

Several events across the world have marked the 16 days campaign against Violence against Women and Girls. In New Delhi India, Jagori collaborated with others to raise awareness on the right to safe and inclusive cities, on the right to essential services, and ending discrimination and violence of all kinds.
Collaborating organisations and community based groups included: Community groups from JJ relocation colonies in Madanpur Khadar (Shakti Samuh, Vijeta Samuh, Dostana Samuh, Nagrik Haq Samiti) and Bawana (Nigrani Samiti, Shakti Samuh, Saathi Samuh and Support Samuh) along with Community Youth Collective (CYC), Azad Foundation, Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) and OneWorld Foundation India.
